Reebok first hired Fox in 2006 to provide consulting services to review & assist with selecting of a CAFM system. Fox conducted a complete survey and presented the results with demos for three applications. After reviewing the features of each application and usability, Reebok selected FoxFMS: web-based and simple application that allows the entire project team visibility and access to the same version of real-time facility and personnel information. Fox poly-lined AutoCAD drawings of over 430,000 sf of space at the corporate headquarters in Canton, MA. We then worked with Reebok to develop & gather all data necessary to customize and optimize the software system. Reebok is presently using FoxFMS Space and Service Request modules to manage space allocation and facilities work orders, and are currently working with Fox on adding the Move module to manage move requests. The FoxFMS system has been requested at additional Reebok facilities throughout North America for managing space, work workers and asset tracking. Services provided for Reebok include space planning, CAD services and facility software services.
