Facility Planning

Fox provides facility planning services to assist organizations with strategic master planning, programming, space planning and design.

Strategic master planning helps an organization determine their real estate needs based upon existing and future resource growth requirements.

Developing and honing the program, which is cultivated from an in-depth understanding of the client requirements (including square footage, space types, departmental needs, numbers of offices, workstations, conference rooms), will be essential in completing the design and construction of the facility.

Fox has multiple interior designers on staff who can assist with the space and interior design to provide appropriate plans that fit the client's need.

Furniture Management

Fox offers furniture management services to clients who are relocating with new and/or existing furniture. Fox will perform a detailed inventory of existing furniture, assessing the condition of various pieces and determining whether they are suitable for re-use or disposal, creating the optimal strategy for the client.

For new furniture purchases, Fox will help to establish new standards for the client and prepare mock-ups for the client to visually determine which furniture meets their needs. For the most competitive furniture bids, Fox will prepare and distribute an RFP to the most client-appropriate dealers, coordinate the responses and provide an analysis and recommendation.

Furniture management services also include assisting in the specification of fabrics and finishes, and overseeing the implementation of the furniture.

Construction Management

Construction services include: providing new location due diligence; hiring a project architect, general contractor and other key vendors; managing vendors to ensure projects are successfully completed on time and on budget; providing value engineering services to ensure the tenant is getting the most benefit for the costs expended; and coordinating the punch list completion.

Regardless of the contract terms or arrangements, we strive to eliminate all disconnects between what you anticipate, what your architect specifies, and what your contractor delivers.

Relocation Management

Fox provides the most comprehensive relocation and restacking management services in the industry. Fox coordinates all aspects of a client’s relocation, adopting their needs and culture as our own.

Fox will assist in developing the move schedule, budget and seating plan, and will coordinate any vendors that may be required to move filing systems, IT equipment or other special equipment.

For situations requiring it, Fox will prepare, distribute and analyze a mover RFP to provide a competitive bidding environment for overall project price reduction.

Fox provides a formal post-move support center to quickly triage any issues that may have arisen during the transition.
