Her core competencies and expertise include all areas of design and project management: master and space planning, contract documentation, construction administration, furniture and finishes selection, specification and installation oversight, and move management with a wide variety of projects and organizations. A senior design director, project director and client relationship manager, she is the benchmark for quality assurance, project team management, staff development, and standards establishment. Deborah’s previous experience successfully developing and managing her own design firm, directing major project management initiatives for New England Telephone/NYNEX and designing for a major Boston interior design firm, provided Fox with an immediate senior manager, with highly developed skills and strong team leadership.
