Peter has a unique mix of experience in technology, process, entrepreneurship and management. His proven strategic planning skills coupled with his technological expertise, make him a valuable member of the Fox team and an invaluable client resource. Prior to joining Fox, Peter was co-founder of a successful venture-backed start-up company.

Peter holds a BS degree from Princeton University and a MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. His professional affiliations include CoreNet and IFMA.

Caryl Penachio

Caryl has more than 20 years of general business management experience and exceptional analytical, leadership, communication and motivational abilities. As Fox’s Director of Operations, she is responsible for improving the firm’s efficiency and productivity, centralizing the administrative and operations functions, enhancing training and professional development opportunities, interviewing candidates and managing project staffing, establishing IT goals, maintaining business continuity plans, standardizing procedures in the firm’s four offices and assisting with long-range planning.

Sandra LeDuc

Sandra LeDuc, CPA, CVA

Director of Finance
Since 2004

Before joining Fox as the Director of Finance, Sandy was the Managing Partner of LeDuc Sikowitz Austin LLP a Boston CPA firm for more than 20 years. In addition to her duties as Managing Partner, she maintained many client relationships both in the role of a traditional CPA offering tax, accounting, management consulting and business valuation services, and as an outsourced CFO. Her duties at Fox include participation on the Executive Committee, as well as strategic and operational responsibility for the financial functions of the Company, including the contract management in both government and nongovernment relationships.

Katrina Redmond Emmott

Katrina Redmond Emmott

Director of Business Development & Client Service
Since 2006

As the Director of Business Development, Katy pursues new business opportunities for Fox, maintains strong relationships with strategic partners in the A/E/C and brokerage communities, and provides attentive account management for Fox clients. In addition, Katy provides communication coaching and manages internal sales activities for the firm. Her knowledge of up-to-the-minute market activity and industry trends combined with focused strategic direction help to make Katy an invaluable member of the Fox management team.

Katy is active in the community for philanthropic and professional organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Essex County Trail Association, and is an active supporter of the Vincent Memorial Hospital at MGH. Katy’s professional affiliations include NEWIRE, CoreNet and IFMA. Katy is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

In 2010 Katy was named IFMA Boston Exemplary Service Provider.

Deborah has over 25 years of experience managing significant design projects and critical project management initiatives. Her core competencies and expertise include all areas of design and project management: master and space planning, contract documentation, construction administration, furniture and finishes selection, specification and installation oversight, and move management with a wide variety of projects and organizations.

Jane Menton

Jane has many years project management experience in facilities design, and move management consulting. At Fox, she holds the position of Project Director with clients in a variety of industries. Her extensive skills include master planning, furniture program management, and client and end user relationship management.

Don Sagner

Don Sagner
Since 2001

Don Sagner has over 20 years of experience in both corporate facilities management and project consulting. Most recently Don’s focus has been on overseeing Fox projects in the Biotech market. His areas of expertise include space planning, CAD/CAFM operations and management, project management, voice/data infrastructure design, furniture management, furniture specification and installation, relocation management and construction administration. His core competencies are process improvement, building collaborative teams, developing comprehensive work plans that meet the clients' objectives, and following through on those plans. In addition to managing client accounts, Don works closely with the Fox management team to develop and enhance internal business processes through the formalization of best practices and integration of new technology. He is an active member of IFMA and a member of their R&D council.

Ginny Steinhauer

Ginny Steinhauer

Ginny has over 15 years of experience in the facility management field. Her expertise and core competencies include all areas of project management, master and space planning, programming, client communication, construction supervision, furniture and finishes selection, specification and installation oversight, technology coordination, records and move management for a wide variety of projects and organizations. Her strengths include highly developed customer contact skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks of high complexity and detail. As project director, team leader, and client relationship manager, she has become one of Fox’s leaders in quality assurance and project team management.

Marta Garcia Arnold

Since 2004

Marta has over 24 years of experience in the facility management field. Seven of those years were in the contract furniture industry managing the coordination of over 5 million square feet of space, as well as the management and supervision of the sales and project management staff. Marta founded and managed her international relocation management firm in the Washington area for over 13 years.
