Fox RPM Corp. offers employees a supportive environment with long-term opportunities for growth and professional development. As testimony to that fact, we enjoy minimal staff turnover, and the average employee tenure with the company is 7 ½ years. Further, 15% of our employees have been with Fox for 10 years or more.
Our project management personnel have diverse professional backgrounds. About 25% have degrees in architecture or interior design; another 25% were in real estate, facilities or project management, and; the remaining individuals have experience in arts management, office management and other similar fields. All have demonstrated a strong ability to perform well in stressful situations involving myriad details.
Likewise, our administrative staff members have prior experience in a variety of industries, but each and every one has balanced many responsibilities in prior positions, whatever the title and official job description.
As important as one’s work experience is the desire to work as a member of a team, as opposed to being an individual contributor. All training is achieved through teamwork, and all projects are assigned to at least two project management staff members. This arrangement encourages collaboration, ensures adequate back-up, and allows for greater flexibility.
